The clearest picture of its work comes from a single detailed review, from 2018: a customer described hiring the company repeatedly for dishwasher, washer and dryer, garbage disposal, faucet and sink installs, plus a hot water heater and a gas boiler, calling the pricing reasonable and the work trustworthy, and noting the company stands by its work if an issue comes up. Angi and HomeAdvisor both separately show a 5.0 rating from 2 ratings and list an 18-year track record, while its Better Business Bureau profile — not accredited — carries an A+ grade and puts the business at 16 years old. Angi and HomeAdvisor both list a Massachusetts plumbing trade license (#31463, expiring May 2028) for the business, though that comes from the directories rather than an independent registry check. Before calling, it's worth knowing the written review history here is thin — the one account on file dates to 2018, so there isn't a recent, deep trail of reviews to lean on. For straightforward plumbing work — fixture and appliance installs, water heaters, boilers — from a small local operator, this is a reasonable name to call, but it's worth asking about recent jobs directly given how little written feedback has accumulated since. **Strengths:** - Repeat customer trust — a 2018 review calls pricing reasonable and reliable - BBB rating — A+ despite not being an accredited business **Concerns:** - Review history — the one written account on file dates to 2018 **Where sources disagree:** - Tenure differs across sources — BBB lists 16 years in business while Angi and HomeAdvisor both list 18 years of experience ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The Better Business Bureau rates the business A+ though it is not BBB accredited, and lists 16 years in business under owner Chris Rodrick in Middleboro, MA _(confidence: medium)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/middleboro/profile/plumber/northern-atlantic-plumbing-heating-0021-122367) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/middleboro/profile/plumber/northern-atlantic-plumbing-heating-0021-122367) — “BBB profile shows an A+ rating despite the business not being BBB accredited, with 16 years in business under owner Chris Rodrick at the Mid…” - A 2018 review describes years of appliance and plumbing installs — dishwashers, a hot water heater, a gas boiler — calling the work trustworthy and reasonably priced _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ma/middleborough/northern-atlantic-plumbing-heating-reviews-1.htm) — “5★ This company has done a plethora of work for myself and my family.
