Its site describes grinding, cleaning and prepping the concrete, then adding the color flakes, and lists Conway, Gorham, Bethel and Newry as its service area. A recent customer whose garage slab was old, cracked and spalled said Jarod explained the whole process in detail, showed up on time, and finished the install in two days, just as he said it would; that customer said he stands behind the floor with a 15-year warranty. A recent customer who got estimates from a couple of epoxy companies said Jarod explained that doing it right would take two days, was happy to coat the garage sills, and worked late into the evening to stay on schedule when unexpected issues came up. A recent customer said Jarod did a site visit, took measurements, offered a palette of flake finishes and sent a written quote within the weekend covering the installation process and warranty. That customer added optional grit to the final finish out of concern about it being slippery when wet. Garages are not the only floors: a recent customer said Jarod and Son spent long hours smoothing and filling an old, cracked barn floor in their meat processing area. A recent customer's neighbor came by to see the finished garage floor and asked for Jarod's card. **Strengths:** - A two-day install — a recent customer said it took two days, as promised - Garage sills coated — a recent customer said Jarod was happy to coat them - A written quote — a recent customer got one within the weekend after a site visit - A 15-year warranty — a recent customer said Jarod stands behind the floor ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5-star Google rating across 12 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Northern%20Peaks%20Epoxy%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJx1yW0HNMQagRje2KI_AW9Ig) — “Google: 5★ from 12 ratings” - Its site lists Conway, Gorham, Bethel and Newry as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.northernpeaksepoxy.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Conway, Gorham, Bethel, Newry” - A recent customer said an old, cracked and spalled garage slab was coated in a two-day install, as promised _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xsa2RXaG1lbUZtY2pkTE5HaEZOazQ0ZERGalkzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x88f416f0238aed8d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOllkdWhmemFmcjdLNGhFNk44dDFjY3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Jarod at Northern Peaks Epoxy did an outstanding job on our garage floor, and we couldn’t be happier.
