## The honest read

Novelline Custom Builders is a licensed general contractor based in Holliston, Massachusetts. Houzz's profile lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (HIC #177817) and a construction supervisor license (CSL #081896) for the company, along with over fifty years of combined experience among its team.

Its listed scope runs from home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and new home construction to tear-downs, home rebuilds, finished basements, and general home repairs and maintenance — a full-service builder rather than a single specialty.

Confirm current licensing status with the state, get a written scope and timeline, and ask for references before signing a contract.

**Strengths:**
- Dual state credentials — Houzz lists both an HIC and CSL number
- Broad build scope — additions, remodels, new construction, and repairs
- Experienced team — Houzz cites over 50 years combined industry experience
