On Google it holds 4.5 stars from 46 ratings, and on Houzz 4.7 stars from 54 ratings. A recent customer says Joe came to the house with ideas for making the most of the space, Erika designed the kitchen, and Karin helped select tile, counter top, paint color and accessories. For construction, they say the team worked efficiently and neatly and communicated about each step. A 2025 customer described a full kitchen reconstruction that was completed faster than they anticipated and cost less than other estimates they had received. That 2025 customer said Joe, the owner, reimagined the layout by taking unused space from two adjacent rooms and moving small portions of wall. A 2024 customer said Rosanne Jessen created a plan with an island the customer had been skeptical would fit the space. A 2023 customer said the company renovated their condo kitchen over the winter while they were in Florida and handled all of the logistics. A 2023 customer wrote about renovating a 1960s-era ranch home in Rowayton with the company. A 2021 customer said their small kitchen needed two walls removed and a pantry created from an existing bar area. A 2023 customer said the installation process did not go perfectly because of supply chain issues. A 2022 customer wrote that the company was more focused on collecting funds and then not finishing the job. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0620692, as active, held by NuKitchens LLC. **Strengths:** - A layout redesign — a 2025 customer said it used space from two rooms - Neat construction work — a recent customer said the team worked efficiently and neatly - Remote project logistics — a 2023 customer said they handled all of the logistics **Concerns:** - An unfinished job — a 2022 customer said the job was not finished - Supply chain issues — a 2023 customer said installation did not go perfectly ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as offering kitchen design and remodeling services _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/norwalk/profile/bathroom-design/nukitchens-llc-0111-87074137) — “About (Better Business Bureau, self-described): Nukitchens, LLC offers kitchen design and remodeling services.” - 4.5 stars from 46 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Nukitchens&query_place_id=ChIJoYo-YYge6IkRHOGg_uu_91s) — “Google: 4.5★ from 46 ratings” - 4.7 stars from 54 Houzz ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/kitchen-and-bath-designers/nukitchens-pfvwus-pf~1384323274) — “Houzz: 4.7★ from 54 ratings” - A recent customer said the construction team worked efficiently and neatly and communicated about each step _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xoaVIwSm5ZVE4zU21OeWFUaGpObWRVZGxkS1UzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5bf7bfebfea0e11c!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlhiR0JnYTN3SmNyaThjNmdUdldKU3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ NuKitchens created a new kitchen for us that I am 100% delighted about!
