A 2022 customer whose master bedroom ceiling, original to a house built in the 1950s, was damaged by a water leak and contained asbestos said Andrei was at the property within the hour to quote the work. That 2022 customer said Jocelyn pulled an emergency permit on a Friday afternoon so the work could be done over the weekend, and that the work crew arrived on time and created a containment zone to remove the ceiling.

A 2022 reviewer who bought a historic home with asbestos on the basement heating pipes said they received at least four proposals from abatement contractors in the area and that only one came close to Nutmeg's price. That 2022 reviewer said the abatement was done much quicker than expected.

In a 2021 review, a customer described a job that included demolition of a kitchen ceiling, removal of asbestos-related material and air quality testing. That 2021 customer said they showed up at 7:00 am, left at 8 pm after cleaning and vacuuming, and caused no damage to walls, windows, cabinets or appliances.
