## The honest read

Oasis Outdoor Experts is a pool-care business whose website describes a small team focused on water chemistry and equipment maintenance. It holds 5 stars from 13 Google ratings, and one customer wrote of learning that Cody had recently started the business.

That customer was selling a home in Wolcott and needed a green pool cleaned up for the buyers. Cody got them on the schedule right away, came out every day, and had the pool sparkling within a week, as he had said he would; the customer then kept him on weekly until the move.

A customer who had fought cloudy water and algae for 6 weeks said the company offered to come the next day to evaluate the pool, and that Cody said he could have the water clear and balanced in 4 days and came through. A customer whose pool had not been opened since a flood a couple of years back wrote that Austin and Cody worked very hard, with vinyl stains still being worked on after a few weeks.

For weekly service, a customer who switched from a previous pool company said Cody keeps the chemicals balanced, sends a notification when bad weather affects a scheduled day, and sends an invoice with pictures from each visit. A customer said Cody and Austin got the pool chemically safe, also did landscaping and power washing, and flagged an electrical hazard that the electrician confirmed.

**Strengths:**
- Green pool cleanup — a Wolcott seller's pool was sparkling within a week
- Visit photos and invoices — sent after each visit, one customer said
- Electrical hazard flagged — the electrician confirmed it, one customer said
