## The honest read

Bats in the rake boards are the kind of call Oceanside ADC takes. A customer reached Ben on a recommendation to handle bats that had moved into some open spaces on the home's rake boards; he came to do an inspection, gave a quote and got them on his schedule very quickly. That customer says he sent pictures of the work, explained what he was doing and why, and did an in-person walkthrough after the work was completed.

A customer with a serious bat problem says Benjamin inspected the situation, identified where the bats were getting in and developed a plan to get them out and prevent them from coming back, and that the bat problem is fixed. A customer who had bat exclusion done praised the service and the detailed work. A customer who had concerns about their property says Ben spent many hours reviewing every area of concern.

The company describes itself on its website as a family business that helps homeowners with animal damage control and animal nuisance and damage issues. The service area it lists includes Cumberland, Brunswick, Falmouth, Freeport, Gorham, Portland and Raymond.

**Strengths:**
- Bat exclusion — Benjamin identified where bats got in, a customer says
- Photos of the work — a customer says Ben sent pictures and explained each step
- A post-job walkthrough — a customer says Ben did one in person after the work
