On its website the company lists free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. A customer who had just bought a smoker's home in Brockton said Adam got there within a day, brought his crew in to clean four rooms along with light fixtures, cabinetry and HVAC registers, and replaced the HVAC filters. He then sealed off some areas and started his CLO2 oxidation process, a treatment slated for 16 hours, and the smoke was completely gone when they came back. A customer with a three-family property said Adam treated a persistent odor from a home heating oil spill with stabilized chlorine dioxide and occupied-space air treatment technology. One customer said Adam returned for a second application after an oil spill whose VOCs had resisted months of attempts with other chemical and electro-mechanical solutions. In Somerset, a customer who had bought a house a month earlier said a smell from the basement stayed after an exterminator removed a decomposed squirrel from behind sheetrock; Adam set up his vaporizer kits for 24 hours, and a week after treatment the smell was gone. A customer who hired the company after a severe decomposition odor survived repeated cleaning said Adam explained the treatment and safety process and kept them informed throughout the job. A customer with a rental in the south main area of Fall River, smoked in for five years, said Adam sealed the space off and four days later there was still no smell. A customer selling a house said a CLO2 treatment took about 36 hours. A 2026 customer said Adam used a chlorine dioxide treatment to clear an odor from their vehicle. **Strengths:** - Smoke odor removal — a Brockton smoker's home cleared after a 16-hour treatment - A quick first visit — a Brockton customer said Adam came within a day - Oil spill odors — a three-family property treated with stabilized chlorine dioxide - A clear explanation — treatment and safety process explained, customer kept informed ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Removes cigarette smoke odor from homes and rentals _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xjM05WcE9lbXd0UTNCRWRrWjZWMFJ6VUhOS1dtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc727021bb5d8833b!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlc3NVpOemwtQ3BEdkZ6V0RzUHNKWmc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had just purchased a smokers home in Brockton as a project.
