## The honest read

OFF THE WALL Power Washing Specialists leads its own website with commercial power washing: commercial buildings, sidewalk cleaning, condo and apartment buildings, restaurants and stadiums. The company says it has been in business 41 years, and its stated service area runs from Bridgeport and Stamford to Hartford, New Haven and Norwich. On Google it holds 5 stars from 66 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+.

A recent customer said the company power washed, treated and cleaned windows at their commercial property in Burlington, and showed up the day and time that was communicated. A recent customer said Jesse found a way to get his team in after a late-in-the-season call, and that they did gutters and a soft wash on an old assisted living facility building. A recent customer recommended them for trash chute cleaning. A recent customer said the colonial home "still shines" a week later.

A 2025 customer said Dave cleaned and removed the oxidation from their 20 year old vinyl siding, hand brushing it where needed. A 2025 customer said the company came to clean their gutters and power wash the house. A 2025 customer said Dave worked in 90-degree heat on their 18-unit condo complex. A 2025 customer said David removed most of the tough stains from their garage floor; one stain remained, and David told them it would be a nuisance.

A 2023 customer said a large 5-floor parking garage needed power washing, and that Joe and his team gave a fair price and scheduled the work around when the garage would be empty. A 2023 customer at a university wrote that Joe and his team had taken on jobs there ranging from pergolas to awnings, patios and block walls.

**Strengths:**
- On-time arrival — a recent customer said they showed up as communicated
- Soft wash job — a recent customer said they also did gutters
- Vinyl siding cleaning — a 2025 customer said Dave hand brushed where needed
- Parking garage washing — a 2023 customer said work was scheduled around the empty garage
