Its website lists Westport, Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, Greenwich and New Canaan among the towns it serves. A recent customer had a bathroom project done by Inacio and his team, says it stayed on schedule, and says they left the space spotless and disposed of the old fixtures. A recent customer describes a condominium renovation that included the gut renovation of two bathrooms, plumbing, waterproofing, tile, Pergo flooring and painting, and says Inacio, the CEO, was hands-on throughout. That customer says the company handled the condominium and HOA approvals and finished on schedule and on budget. A 2026 customer said Omega renovated a living room, hallway, two full bathrooms and a half powder room after a water leak came down from a second-floor bathroom. A 2026 customer said the company replaced sheet rock and repainted a ceiling in one room, then did a tile demo and wall and tile install in a bathroom. A 2025 customer said Inacio and his team built a three-season porch, and that Inacio frequently came to the house to check on the work. A 2025 customer with an emergency said they reached Omega through Angi, met at the house that afternoon for a quote, and that work began immediately. In a 2025 review, a customer described a major renovation of a 1920s home that extended the living room and added a full kitchen renovation and an additional master bathroom. A 2025 customer said a bathroom in an older home was remodeled within a week and a half. A 2025 Angi customer described a new asphalt driveway, with a small drainage area put in for water runoff. A 2024 customer said a new room took 67 days from demo to completion, after every other company they spoke with said it would take at least three months. A 2024 Thumbtack customer said Omega installed a master bathroom, refinished floors, painted the interior and built bookshelves within a two-month window after the couple bought the house. A 2024 Angi customer called the whole process disappointing and said sloppy work left more repairs behind. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0670573, as active, held by Omega Development LLC. **Strengths:** - A bathroom project — a recent customer said it stayed on schedule - HOA approvals handled — a recent condo customer said the company managed them - An emergency job — a 2025 customer said work began right after the quote **Concerns:** - A sloppy-work complaint — a 2024 customer said it left more repairs behind ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as handling all types of residential construction and remodeling, with over 20 years of expertise _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.omeganyct.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): With over 20 years of expertise, Omega Development handles all types of residential construction and remode…” - Holds a 4.9-star Google rating from 35 ratings and an A+ BBB grade _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Omega%20Development%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJlxvz2GOxkiURGwVEU0sOp3A) — “Google: 4.9★ from 35 ratings” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/westport/profile/residential-general-contractor/omega-development-llc-0111-110097074) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - A recent customer's bathroom project stayed on schedule and old fixtures were disposed of _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21samJHOWhOSGRzYW5JM01UbFBNamh6V0ZKeGNtYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x70a70e4b5344051b!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmljbG9hNHdsanI3MTlPMjhzWFJxcmc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Inacio and his team are first class in every aspect.
