Its website lists a service area that includes Bristol, Southington, Waterbury, Meriden, Naugatuck and Hartford. A 2026 customer said a new high-efficiency gas furnace was installed by Jack and his team, and that they finished in one day. That 2026 customer wrote that the new unit was quiet, heated the whole house evenly and dropped the energy bill by about $100 a month. A 2025 customer said Jack and Jack jr took out an old shower and installed a new shower and tub combo in one day, after the bathroom wall had rotted out from work by the previous owner. A 2025 customer said this was the second large project Jack had done for them and that they had come to depend on his fair pricing. A recent customer said they made sure the cost of repairing pipe damage was reasonable. A 2026 customer gave two stars, saying the techs were polite and respectful but had little knowledge of older plumbing, and that replacing one dishwasher supply valve would be over $400. Connecticut lists its P1 plumbing licence, PLM.0287022-P1, as active, held by On Time Plumbing and Heating LLC. **Strengths:** - One-day furnace install — a 2026 customer said the job was finished in one day - One-day shower replacement — a 2025 customer said the shower and tub took one day - Fair pricing — a 2025 customer said they depend on Jack's fair pricing **Concerns:** - Older-home plumbing — a 2026 customer said the techs lacked older-plumbing knowledge - Supply valve quote — a 2026 customer was told one valve would be over $400 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as family-owned and operated with over two decades of plumbing and heating experience _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.ontimeplumbingct.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Family-owned and operated with over two decades of experience.
