## The honest read

A heavily wooded back lot with old wire fencing and 2-inch fence piping, plus a tree stump with piping running right through it. One customer said Ray spent hours carving around that stump with a gasoline saw before grinding it down, removed the fencing and posts, and cleared the whole area in 7 hours with the help of one other person.

Optimus Tree Service and Landscaping says it has been in business 17 years, and its website describes tree care from hazardous tree removal to tree trimming.

A customer had a couple of Black Locust trees removed near power lines and said Ray and his team were careful and considerate throughout. A customer with several small trees and one very tall tree said the team got everything done in one day and cleaned up so well you would never have known any work had been done. A customer described tree cutting and limb pruning in their yard, done on time, as promised, at a good price. A customer said Ray and his crew were prompt, the job was scheduled quickly and the pricing was fair.

**Strengths:**
- Wooded lot clearing — a customer said it took 7 hours with one other person
- Work near power lines — a customer said Black Locust removal was careful and considerate
- One-day tree removal — several small trees and a very tall one, cleaned up after
- Fair pricing — a customer said the job was scheduled quickly at a fair price
