## The honest read

A 2025 customer said Tom came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, arrived within 2 hours of an 8 am call, and inspected the whole house and barn for bee and wasp nests. Orr Pest Control, LLC describes itself on the BBB as offering general pest and termite control services, and its website names Danbury as its service area.

A 2015 customer said Tom explained that a suspected termite problem was carpenter ants, explained what to look for and sprayed. That 2015 customer said that when mice turned up in the attic, they signed up for a contract and Tom came often to monitor the problem until they were gone. A 2014 customer said Tom set traps and plugged the crevices around the house and foundation after rodents were getting inside. A 2015 customer described an annual agreement with quarterly home visits and called the prices competitive. A 2011 Angi customer said the service covered treatments for spiders, termites and mouse trapping, at about $43 per month.
