Roofing is the heart of the business: its website lists metal roofing (standing seam, corrugated and metal shingles), asphalt shingles and rubber roofing, plus siding, gutters, windows and doors, and says it has been in business 20 years. The site names a service area that includes Pittsfield, Concord, Laconia, Keene, Portsmouth and Wolfeboro. A 2026 customer said owners Chris and Aaron completed a full replacement roof in one day in the middle of the winter, and also replaced plywood on the side of the home that had been damaged by a roof leak. A 2025 customer said they first hired OTB Remodeling for a roof and liked that it did not try to sell them anything they did not need. That 2025 customer then had the company do windows, siding and gutters too. A 2025 customer said Chris and his crew ran into beehives on the roof, found more damage and fixed it at no extra charge. A 2025 customer whose house was hit by a falling tree said the company replaced the roof and siding and got the work done in the timeframe presented. On Thumbtack it holds 5.0 stars from 16 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A. **Strengths:** - One-day roof replacement — a 2026 customer said it was done in winter - No upselling — a 2025 customer said they sold nothing unneeded - Extra damage repaired — a 2025 customer said it was fixed at no charge ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said the company explained the process and its choice of products on a roof job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/nh/pittsfield/roofing/otb-remodeling-llc/service/543082620515663887?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “5★ Just had my roof done by this company.
