## The honest read

OTMC cleans the outside of houses around Middleborough — windows and screens, gutters, pressure washing — and the customers who wrote about it write about John, by name. In a June 2020 review, a homeowner said that in 45 years of having their windows cleaned, they had never looked as good.

Most of that written history sits in 2019 and 2020. An October 2019 customer had a two-man crew do the whole house, all outside and a few inside, in about four hours with nothing harmed in the landscaping; a November 2019 reviewer on the fourth floor had the screens taken out and washed outside, and called windows and screens spotless. Several of those reviews mention him arriving when he said he would, and a January 2020 customer moved the service date several times around other subcontractors and still had the job done as promised.

In August 2026, a customer scored gutter clean-outs and an exterior soft wash a 10 out of 10 and said they are now a repeat customer. The company's own site lists window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, building washing, and paver sanding and sealing across the South Shore, with free estimates.
