The public record here is thin: its sole rating currently is a single 5-star Google review, so there isn't yet a track record deep enough to draw conclusions from. Its website states it is a Lead-Safe Certified Firm and lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration (HIC #192834) and a Construction Supervisor License (CS-092831) — self-reported numbers that have not been checked against the state registry. Anyone considering them should confirm those license numbers directly and ask for references, since there isn't yet enough independent feedback to judge the work. **Strengths:** - Lead-Safe Certified — states it holds this EPA firm certification **Concerns:** - Thin review history — rating reflects a single Google review - Licence unverified — HIC/CSL numbers are self-reported, not registry-checked ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Based in Medford, Massachusetts, the company says it serves Greater Boston with kitchen, bathroom, addition, deck, siding/roofing and flooring work. _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Medford” - Its website states it is a Lead-Safe Certified Firm. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Lead-Safe Certified Firm” - The website lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration (HIC #192834) and a Construction Supervisor License (CS-092831); these are self-reported and have not been verified against the state registry. _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Self-reported license/registration number (NOT verified against any registry): MA HIC #192834” - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Self-reported license/registration number (NOT verified against any registry): CSL #CS-092831” - Its sole Google rating on record is 5 stars, from a single review. _(confidence: low)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Our%20House%20Plus&query_place_id=ChIJh96YcDo9qoIRX45vv_uRwok) — “Google: 5★ from 1 ratings” - Lead-Safe Certified — the company states it holds this EPA firm certification _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Lead-Safe Certified Firm” - Thin review history — the rating reflects a single Google review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Our%20House%20Plus&query_place_id=ChIJh96YcDo9qoIRX45vv_uRwok) — “Google: 5★ from 1 ratings” - Specializes in General Contractor / Remodeling _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” - Also offers Kitchen Remodel _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” - Also offers Bathroom Remodel _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” - Also offers Roofing _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” - Also offers Windows / Siding / Gutters _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” - Also offers Flooring _(confidence: low)_ - [Official Website](http://ourhouseplusma.com) — “Our House Plus is a Medford, MA-based residential construction and remodeling company offering kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, siding…” ## License Status: **not_found** — verified against the official MA state registry, never self-reported.
