The crew also installed edge drainage pipes, stone and topsoil and belgian block curbing in 3 odd spots. The company holds 5.0 stars from 63 ratings on Angi and an A+ from the Better Business Bureau. Its Connecticut HIC license is active. Driveways are the job customers describe, and the details go past the asphalt. In a July 2020 review, a customer in a flood zone wrote that the team installed drainage that now keeps water out of the driveway and garage area, added a lip to each driveway against water from the road, and adjusted the fencing to keep two small dogs safe. Another July 2020 customer described a 3-day job replacing a 121 ft. driveway and concrete apron, installing Belgium block, veneering the risers and laying Bluestone, then repairing cracks in the garage floor a week later. In November 2025, a reviewer wrote that Louie and the crew replaced a driveway in one day along with some curbing. Prices come up too. An April 2022 Google reviewer had a garage slab with drainage and a walkway poured, and wrote that another company wanted to charge double. An August 2020 reviewer called P&M "more middle of the pack" on price but said Louie offered a few extras at no cost. A September 2019 customer noted a 2 year guarantee and a 25ft curb added at no added cost. Several reviews credit Cristina in the office with scheduling and communication. **Strengths:** - Driveway paving — 2019–2025 reviews describe driveways ripped out and repaved - Drainage work — a 2020 flood-zone customer's driveway now stays dry - Office communication — reviewers credit Cristina with scheduling ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Connecticut HIC license HIC.0647233 is active _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://www.elicense.ct.gov/Lookup/LicenseLookup.aspx) — “CT hic license HIC.0647233 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: P&M PAVING CONSTRUCTION LLC” - 5.0 stars from 63 Angi ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/trumbull/pm-paving-construction-llc-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 5.0★ from 63 ratings” - Better Business Bureau grade A+, accredited _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/trumbull/profile/paving-contractors/p-m-paving-construction-llc-0111-87135839) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/trumbull/profile/paving-contractors/p-m-paving-construction-llc-0111-87135839) — “Better Business Bureau: accredited / certified / member” - A July 2023 customer described a driveway rip-out and repave with drainage pipes and belgian block curbing _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/trumbull/pm-paving-construction-llc-reviews-1.htm) — “Can not say enough good things!!
