## The honest read

P&T Flooring is a Danvers, Massachusetts flooring contractor founded by Pedro Xavier, installing solid, engineered and luxury-vinyl floors and refinishing hardwood with a dustless sanding system across Greater Boston and eastern Massachusetts. The company describes itself as a hands-on, owner-operated crew that has grown into a fully-insured operation with 15 years in business.

Confirm current licensing and insurance, and ask about the dustless sanding process and expected timeline for the specific job before booking.

**Strengths:**
- Specialized technique — uses a dustless sanding system for hardwood refinishing
- Owner-operated crew — describes itself as hands-on and fully insured
