The company's website calls it a residential construction company in West Hartford, CT, handling traditional window replacements and luxury window installations, and says it has been in business 36 years. It lists a service area of West Hartford, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Tolland and Windham. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 15 ratings. That same two-day customer said Brandon and Jimi kept the house and property clean. A recent repeat customer had 21 Anderson Woodright 400 series double-hung windows installed and said Brandon and Jimmy matched the trim on windows installed before they bought the home. One recent customer had new windows installed after old ones were worn and rotted from water coming in, and wrote that a heavy rain storm on 9/27 left no water to clean up. A recent window and door install went smoothly, according to a customer who said Brandon and Jimi were at the house when they said they would and didn't leave a mess at the end of each day. In 2025, a customer wrote that Brandon came out and did 3 windows after a do-it-ourselves attempt at pvc window sills broke a window, and that he checked their other windows as well. A 2025 customer had Marvin Elevate replacement windows installed throughout the house and said there was zero high pressure sales pitch. A 2024 customer said custom-order sliding windows came out perfectly. Repairs are on the menu too. A 2023 customer had broken windows more than 14 feet up; they said the team came out within the week, repaired them within a few hours and charged a fair price. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0612970, as active, held by PK Windows LLC. **Strengths:** - Two-day window replacement — a recent customer said 20+ windows went in ahead of schedule - Trim matching — a recent customer said new trim matched the existing windows - A clean job site — a recent customer said no mess was left each day - High window repair — a 2023 customer said windows over 14 feet were repaired - No sales pressure — a 2025 customer said there was zero high pressure pitch ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9 stars on Google from 15 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=P%20K%20Windows%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJP9eNrDK254kRjuRRfsrnQ8o) — “Google: 4.9★ from 15 ratings” - Says it has been in business 36 years and serves West Hartford, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Tolland and Windham _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pkwindows.com) — “Self-reported 36 years in business” - [Official Website](http://www.pkwindows.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): West Hartford, Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, Middlesex, New London, Tolland, Windham” - Replaced 20+ single-pane windows with Harvey Tribute windows in two days, ahead of schedule _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xreU1HVjJiMUZDVjJodmRrNTBhemd6VjBGR05rRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xca43e7ca7e51e48e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlkyMGV2b1FCV2hvdk50azgzV0FGNkE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ My wife and I recently had PK Windows replace 20+ old inoperable single pane windows with brand new Harvey Tribute windows.
