The company says it has been family-owned and operated for over two decades, and lists landscape installs and design, irrigation and lighting, lawn repair and re-grading, and walkway/patio work among its services; it names Todd Dunlop as its irrigation and lighting manager with over 20 years in the trade. The one review on file, from 2016, praised the crew's design work and said the owners stay involved to make sure the finished job meets the customer's approval — that reviewer had them install front-yard landscaping and hardscaping and said they'd use them again for the back yard. Houzz lists a Pesticides license and a Hoisting License for the company, though those are the directory's own listing rather than a registry-verified license. Beyond that single dated review there isn't much written record to draw on, so it's worth asking for recent references and current licensing details before booking. **Strengths:** - Design-focused — owners stay involved to ensure customer approval **Where sources disagree:** - Houzz's profile says the company has operated for over 23 years; Porch's blurb says 21 years ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Company says it has been family-owned and operated for over two decades, serving Cape Ann and the North Shore _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/landscape-contractors/pallazola-brothers-landscaping-and-construction-pfvwus-pf~277067331) — “Houzz profile for Pallazola Brothers Landscaping & Construction at 60 John Wise Ave, Essex, MA, phone (978) 768-0084, site pallazolabrothers…” - A 2016 review praised the crew's design work and said the owners stay involved to ensure customer approval _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/landscape-contractors/pallazola-brothers-landscaping-and-construction-pfvwus-pf~277067331) — “5★ Pallazola Brothers does beautiful, thoughtful design work.
