A recent customer said a heat pump conversion was completed on time and on estimate, and that Donnie and Will were always on time and cleaned up the site every day. A recent customer named Will as the owner of the company. A recent customer had a new central air unit installed using the existing ductwork and said financing options were offered upfront. A recent customer said Will came the day after their hot water heater started leaking on a Sunday, and replaced the unit. That customer also said Chris had replaced their entire central A/C system the year before, and that the company took care of the manufacturer and CT energy rebates. A recent customer said a technician arrived right on the scheduled time for a pre-season air conditioner maintenance check and left a detailed invoice. A 2026 customer said an electrical short in an attic air handler left them without heat on a freezing night; Will answered the after-hours call personally, arrived within about an hour and made a temporary repair so they had heat for the night. A 2025 customer said their heat was out for two weeks after two different HVAC specialists, the oil company and six electricians could not fix it, and that Will fixed the problem. A 2025 customer said Paragon removed an old oil tank and furnace and installed a ducted heat pump system into the existing duct work, along with a water heater replacement. A 2024 customer said Will and his team installed a new LP gas boiler and HW holding tank, laid out on two painted 4x8 sheets of plywood fixed to the wall. In a 2023 review, a customer said Chris analyzed their boiler during an annual service, suggested airflow changes to increase efficiency, and then tuned the system using computer-based tools. **Strengths:** - Heat pump installs — a recent conversion finished on time and on estimate - After-hours response — a 2026 customer said Will answered the call personally - A hard heating fix — a 2025 customer said Will fixed what others could not - Rebate handling — a recent customer said they took care of manufacturer and CT rebates - A daily cleanup — a recent customer said the site was cleaned every day ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 74 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Paragon%20Heating%20and%20Cooling&query_place_id=ChIJ59CQRcQ2vQ0RuucibmShF4s) — “Google: 5★ from 74 ratings” - A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/new-milford/profile/heating-and-air-conditioning/paragon-heating-and-cooling-llc-0111-110091179) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - A recent heat pump conversion was completed on time and on estimate, with the site cleaned up every day _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21sRmNVWXpPVXA0ZVU5SlZrZFRabHB5TUV3eFdsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x8b17a1646e22e7ba!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmlFcUYzOUp4eU9JVkdTZlpyMEwxWlE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We used Paragon Heating and Cooling for a heat pump conversion.
