--- title: "PARTNERS CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING" description: "Partners Construction & Remodeling is a general contractor serving Boston and the surrounding eastern Massachusetts area, with work described on its Houzz " doc_version: "2026-09-11" last_updated: "2026-09-19" --- # PARTNERS CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING **Trade:** General Contractor / Remodeling · **Address:** 5 Hillsdale Ave #4813, Burlington, MA 01803 · **Phone:** (603) 751-8605 · **Website:** https://partnersconstructiongroup.com/ · **Languages:** English **Rating: 3.0/5** (low confidence) — from 3 reviews across 2 sources. ## The honest read Partners Construction & Remodeling is a general contractor serving Boston and the surrounding eastern Massachusetts area, with work described on its Houzz profile ranging from home remodeling and additions to finish carpentry, kitchen and bath design, repairs, basement finishing, and staging. The profile lists one project, a Massachusetts license claim (CS-072041), and says the company has offices serving Boston and Martha's Vineyard. The written customer history is small and dated: three five-star Houzz reviews from 2015 and 2016. A residential architect described working with Ed and Steve on multiple projects and said the company was a good fit for client referrals. A 2015 homeowner said Partners replaced floors after a washing-machine flood within the agreed budget and deadline while keeping the occupied condo as clean and disruption-free as possible. Another homeowner described a screened-porch addition whose complicated roofline was tied into the existing house so it looked original, praising the design and materials. Before booking, ask for current references and recent examples of the specific work you need, since the available written accounts are from 2015–2016. Confirm the scope, budget, schedule, licensing details, and whether the team currently handles the full design-build process or only selected remodeling phases. This may fit a homeowner seeking a broad remodeling contractor for additions, interior renovations, finish work, or flooring. A current consultation should establish who will manage design, permits, subcontractors, and the final schedule for your project. **Strengths:** - Budget adherence — one homeowner reported finishing within the established budget - Schedule adherence — one homeowner reported completion on the promised date - Roofline integration — screened porch addition was made to look original - Occupied-home work — reviewer cited minimal disruption and site cleanliness **Concerns:** - Dated references — all three written reviews are from 2015–2016 - Current scope — confirm present design-build and project-management responsibilities ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Houzz lists Partners Construction & Remodeling in Boston, Massachusetts, with license claim CS-072041 and one project shown. _(confidence: high)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/partners-construction-and-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~563818659) — “1 project(s) shown on Houzz” - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/partners-construction-and-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~563818659) — “Licence listed on Houzz: Lic. # CS-072041” - The profile lists remodeling, kitchen and bath design, finish carpentry, repairs, additions, basement finishing, and staging. _(confidence: high)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/partners-construction-and-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~563818659) — “Services offered (Houzz): Remodeling, Kitchens / Baths / Design, DIY Assistance, Finish Carpentry, Repairs/Renovations, Additions, Basement …” - Houzz reports a 5.0-star rating from three reviews, all dated 2015 or 2016. _(confidence: high)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/partners-construction-and-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~563818659) — “Houzz: 5.0★ from 3 ratings” - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/partners-construction-and-remodeling-pfvwus-pf~563818659) — “5★ I have had the pleasure of working with Ed and Steve on a couple different projects over the last year.
