A recent customer said David explained the process room by room, that cleaning the rugs took about 90 minutes, and that no chemical smell was left in the house. A customer who had just purchased a new home had the team handle all the carpet cleaning in preparation for the move. A customer of eight years said the company warned in advance that an older antique chair could be damaged by cleaning, rather than taking the chance. A 2026 customer said an oil stain they never thought would come out was removed. A 2022 customer said Robert, there for the carpet, called his uncle, who replaced an incorrectly installed dryer vent sleeve for a minimal charge. A recent customer was told the carpet would be dry within a few hours of a 9:00 a.m. arrival, but found it still quite damp at 4:45 p.m. A 2022 customer said the phone quote fit within a $159 minimum, but Robert asked an extra $75 for a pet stain of a little over one square foot, and that customer said they would not use the company again. **Strengths:** - Rug cleaning — a recent customer said it took about 90 minutes - Advance warning — told an antique chair could be damaged by cleaning - Oil stain removal — a 2026 customer said the stain came out **Concerns:** - Carpet drying time — still damp at 4:45 p.m. for a recent customer - Pet stain upcharge — a 2022 customer was asked $75 extra ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Its website lists water damage restoration, carpet, upholstery, area rug, tile and grout, wood floor and dryer vent cleaning _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://patrickfamilychemdry.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Services Collapse child menuCarpet CleaningUpholstery & Furniture CleaningArea Rug CleaningPet Urine Remova…” - A recent customer said rug cleaning took about 90 minutes and left no chemical smell _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tkeGJuTnRiRmxVVmxCclUwNU9Xbm90VW1Wc1ZWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x8a7589283193c656!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkdxbnNtbFlUVlBrU05OWnotUmVsVVE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ David was quite professional from the time he entered our home until he left.
