--- title: "Patriot Global Enterprises LLC" description: "Patriot Global runs two lines of work out of Kingston: renovations — kitchens, baths, additions, garages, siding and decks — and the restoration side, mold" doc_version: "2026-09-21" last_updated: "2026-09-21" --- # Patriot Global Enterprises LLC **Trade:** General Contractor / Remodeling · **Address:** 112 Wapping Rd a, Kingston, MA 02364 · **Phone:** (781) 626-1158 · **Website:** http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net/ · **Languages:** English **Rating: 3.1/5** (low confidence) — from 6 reviews across 6 sources. 83% of sentiment-scored reviews read net-positive. Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Patriot Global runs two lines of work out of Kingston: renovations — kitchens, baths, additions, garages, siding and decks — and the restoration side, mold, water and fire damage. Wayne Brown has run it since it was incorporated in 2014, and the company calls itself family owned. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #183547, is active on the state register. The company also lists a construction supervisor licence, CS-109290, and specialist certification numbers for mold remediation, water restoration, fire restoration, disaster recovery and disaster estimation. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+ and has accredited it since 2025. The customer write-ups pull in both directions. A July 2024 Google reviewer had a deck replaced, siding done and landscaping handled, and credits Wayne with guiding the job from start to finish; a July 2022 Google reviewer is briefly positive; the three accounts on its BBB page praise quick responses and suggestions made along the way. Its one BuildZoom review is the opposite — a one-star account from June 2021, written by a customer who says he told Wayne that the completion date was paramount before he signed. Google shows 4 from 4 ratings; BuildZoom shows 1.0 from that single review. Thirteen permitted projects are listed on its BuildZoom page. They are a fit if you want one company for a renovation and the restoration work that can follow water or fire damage. Put the completion date in the contract, tie payments to finished stages, and ask to see the mold and water certifications before signing. **Strengths:** - Registered in Massachusetts — HIC #183547 is active on the state register - Restoration credentials — certifications listed for mold, water and fire damage - BBB standing — an A+ grade, accredited since 2025 - Deck and siding job — a 2024 Google reviewer credits start-to-finish guidance - Responsive on BBB — three write-ups praise communication and suggestions **Concerns:** - Single BuildZoom review — a one-star account from a 2021 customer - Project timelines — that reviewer stressed the completion date before signing **Where sources disagree:** - Google shows 4 from 4 ratings while BuildZoom shows 1.0 from its single customer review. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #183547 is active on the state register, held by Patriot Global Enterprises LLC _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://contractorhub.mass.gov/s/hic-contractor-search) — “MA hic license 183547 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: Patriot Global Enterprises LLC” - The company lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-109290 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Self-reported license/registration number (NOT verified against any registry): Construction Supervisor License (C.S.L) # CS-109290” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “Licence listed on Better Business Bureau: Construction Supervisor License” - Lists specialist certification numbers for mold remediation, water restoration, fire restoration, disaster recovery and disaster estimation _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS) # 197981” - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Water Restoration Specialist (WRS) # 12024816” - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Fire Restoration Specialist (FRS) # 74154” - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Disaster Recovery Specialist (DRS) # 62177” - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Disaster Estimation Specialist (DES) # 31528” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “Listed certification: Mold Remediation Specialist certification” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “Listed certification: Certifications for water restoration, fire restoration, disaster recovery and estimation” - Graded A+ by the Better Business Bureau and accredited there since 2025 _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “Better Business Bureau: accredited / certified / member” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “Listed certification: BBB Accredited Business (since 2/11/2025)” - Kingston, MA construction and restoration company, incorporated 2014, run by Wayne Brown and described as family owned _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Ownership (self-reported): Family owned and operated; Wayne Brown is named as the principal in the site's testimonials and contact email” - [Official Website](http://patriotglobalenterprisesllc.net) — “Stated ownership (self-reported): Family-owned” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/kingston/profile/construction-services/patriot-global-enterprises-llc-0021-141687) — “BBB-accredited (since 2/11/2025) A+ rated Kingston, MA construction and restoration company, incorporated 2014, run by Mr. Wayne Brown, offe…” - A July 2024 Google reviewer had a deck replaced, siding done and landscaping handled, and credits Wayne Brown with guiding the project from start to finish _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURid0t1UTFBRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x98e3750cbd2bef7b!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDbwKuQ1AE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Patriot Global is absolutely incredible.
