Last 6 months: 9 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read A bathroom remodel that started small and grew in scope is one of Pattison Construction's recent jobs, and that customer said the company guided them through every step without making it feel overwhelming. The company lists Wallingford as its service area and says it has been in business 35 years. Google shows 4.8 stars from 19 ratings, and Angi shows 5.0 from 10. A recent Angi customer said Casey helped with an ice dam in winter 2025, was the only contractor to respond to their numerous calls, and did so promptly; they then had him quote a replacement roof on their 100-year-old home and said the bid was fair. A recent Google customer said the company did their siding and gutters quickly and within budget after another company quoted much higher, and mentioned the veteran discount it offers. A customer who had a roof done by Pattison Construction in 2024 hired them again for new windows and siding. A recent deck customer said Casey and Rick answered many questions, gave a detailed estimate and charged a fair price. A 2026 Angi customer described a run of projects: stripping and replacing the roof with two new skylights and gutter guards, then a composite deck, then sanding and painting the kitchen cabinets and installing a quartz countertop with under-cabinet lighting. That 2026 customer said Casey came back after his crew was done to touch up a few spots he wasn't happy with. A 2025 customer said their roof was replaced in one day, from stripping the old one to installing the new one, and that the company also helped demolish an old shed and level the ground with gravel. A 2025 roof customer said they did not find any nails anywhere in the yard afterward. In 2024, an Angi customer preparing to sell their late parents' home said it needed a new roof and described Pattison Construction as run by a father-son team. One 2025 Google review reads, in full, "Horrible experience." Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0672217, as active, held by Pattison Construction LLC. **Strengths:** - A one-day roof — a 2025 customer said the roof was replaced in one day - Ice-dam response — a recent customer said Casey answered their calls promptly - A detailed estimate — a recent deck customer said the price was fair - A clean yard — a 2025 customer found no nails after the roof job - Repeat hiring — a recent customer returned for windows and siding after a roof **Concerns:** - A one-star review — a 2025 Google reviewer called it a horrible experience ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8 stars from 19 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Pattison%20Construction%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJe2E8PnfxkGIRHbxjkznQKMA) — “Google: 4.8★ from 19 ratings” - 5.0 stars from 10 Angi ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ct/wallingford/pattison-construction-llc-reviews-10746197.htm) — “Angi: 5.0★ from 10 ratings” - A recent customer said the company guided them through a bathroom remodel that grew in scope _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xGUGF6QkZkMFpFTTFscE1tZFNkVzl6TUd4VlJFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc028d0399363bc1d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlFPazBFd0ZEM1lpMmdSdW9zMGxVREE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ My bathroom remodel started as a small project but quickly grew in scope.
