## The honest read

A 2025 customer with a boiler furnace problem said he came right over, explained in detail what needed to be done, and charged a fair price. That 2025 customer also said he had installed the same furnace many years earlier.

A 2022 customer said he was quick to answer and came over in a couple of hours, but had to return two more times for the same problem. That 2022 customer said a different technician then found a clogged fuel pump filter, after $600 in work from Paul.

A 2023 customer said they made an appointment for a set time and date, and no one showed up or called to explain. A 2022 customer wrote that he refused to wear a mask to work in the home.

- A boiler furnace visit — a 2025 customer said he came right over

**Concerns:**
- A repeat visit — a 2022 customer said he returned two more times
- A missed appointment — a 2023 customer said no one showed or called
