## The honest read

A recent Google customer who had just bought a house that needed a new roof said Mike and Neil explained why it had to be done and how the process worked, and the work started a few days after they chose their shingles. That customer said the roof was started and finished on the same day and praised the cleanup.

The company describes itself on Angi as a Rhode Island–based roofing contractor serving Providence, Cranston, Warwick, East Greenwich, North Kingstown, Newport and surrounding MA areas. A 2025 customer said Neil stepped in after a contractor abandoned their siding job. A 2025 customer said they were contacted by phone within minutes of requesting a quote, and that in less than two hours someone was there to inspect the roof. A 2025 HomeAdvisor customer said Neil called after a Sunday roof-repair request, and that Neil and Nik reviewed the roof, showed the issues in pictures and presented several options; that 2025 customer said the new roof was completed in the same day.

A 2025 customer said a roof replacement took nearly six months of back-and-forth with their insurance company, that Peak provided a detailed estimate for the insurance, and that the crew got the entire roof done in a day. A 2025 customer with wind damage from a storm said Peak guided them through the insurance claim process. A 2024 customer said the price was lower than competitors.

On Google the company holds 5 stars from 13 ratings, and it shows 5.0 stars from 11 ratings on both Angi and HomeAdvisor.
