## The honest read

Peak Power Solutions LLC is an electrical contractor customers have hired for panel upgrades, new wiring and outlets, mini-splits and a standby generator. It holds a 5-star average on Google from 13 ratings and 4.6 stars on Angi from 9.

A recent customer with a 185-year-old house said Ben tailored a cooling solution to fit the budget, then had Peak Power install several new minisplits at a rural workplace as well. A recent reviewer who said they had been a GC for twenty years wrote that they keep their word and keep their schedule.

In a 2025 review, a customer said Peak upgraded their panel, wired a mini split and wired doorbells. A 2023 customer who moved into an old home said it needed a whole new fuse box/panel plus new lines and outlets in two rooms and a garage. That 2023 customer said Jake and Justin completed the job and that it came in below the estimate. In a 2023 Angi review, a customer said a tree fell across the power line and ripped the meter off; they came quickly, repaired the wiring from the meter to the house and contacted the electric company to get the power back. A 2022 customer said they installed a stand-by generator and stuck with the price they gave.

A 2023 Angi customer said the final bill was 40% higher than quoted ($5,710 vs $4070), with the reason given that they had underestimated the job, and that the bill included "optional charges" the customer was never asked about. That 2023 customer was given $250 off after asking for a discount and said the work itself was good.

**Strengths:**
- Panel upgrade — a 2025 customer said they upgraded the panel and wired doorbells
- Meter wiring repair — a 2023 customer said they came quickly after a tree fell
- Mini-split installation — a 2026 customer had several minisplits installed at a workplace
- Kept schedule — a 2026 reviewer said they keep their word and schedule

**Concerns:**
- Final bill overrun — a 2023 customer was billed 40% above the quote
