## The honest read

A homeowner writing in September 2025 said Pedro's crew turned up when the job was scheduled and charged the price that had been quoted, then wanted them back to expand a patio. That is most of what this one-man-plus-crew Methuen outfit gets hired for: yards, and the hardscape at the edge of them.

Pedro is the one customers deal with. A 2024 reviewer called him quick to respond; another, writing in April 2022, said he got back fast by phone or text and gave notice whenever the schedule slipped. The everyday work in the reviews is seasonal: a spring cleanup with new edges cut around the garden beds and a large compost pile cleared, overgrowth pulled off fence lines in a 2023 job, a yard brought back to life the same summer, and two straight seasons of lawn care for a customer writing at the end of 2021.

Heavier jobs show up alongside it. In March 2024, a homeowner had a french drain run along the side of the house and made a point of the cleanup afterwards. An April 2022 customer had a paver patio taken out and replaced, and posted before-and-after photos with the review.

One thing worth squaring before you call. The Better Business Bureau opened its file on the business in March 2026 and lists it as Not Rated on the grounds that it has been operating less than six months — while the Google reviews run back to 2021, 19 ratings averaging 4.2. For seasonal yard work around Methuen — cleanups, edging, lawn care — or a patio and a drain to go with it, this is a small crew that gives a number and sticks to it. For a bigger hardscape job, get the start and finish dates in writing and ask who will be doing the masonry.
