## The honest read

Peltier Tree Service says on its website that it handles removals, pruning and storm cleanup for Vermont and New Hampshire properties, and it names Fairlee, Bradford, Thetford, Norwich, Hanover and Lebanon as its service area.

A 2025 Google reviewer wrote that Sebastian Peltier cut their trees at Lake Morey and predicted that an ash tree was hollow when it seemed fine to them; they saw it was hollow when it came down. That 2025 customer said the work was done in one day with no unexpected damage. In a 2025 review, a customer said Sebastian climbed a silver maple over 100 years old and cut back two heavy branches hanging over their roof after a micro-burst storm, then removed all the branches and sticks from the yard. A 2025 customer said Sebastian climbed a Red Maple to take down a broken branch high up without losing any branches underneath.

A 2025 reviewer wrote that three apple trees were trimmed and cleaned of deadwood in one day. A 2025 customer said the company handled the removal of a large, storm-damaged tree after a severe storm. A 2025 reviewer said the company "Removed the ugly stump with no issues, and didn't destroy the yard." A 2026 Google reviewer praised the price and said Sebastian worked till the job was done.

The 2025 customer with the silver maple wished they had been told that Sebastian would arrive a few hours later than planned.

**Strengths:**
- Hollow ash call — a 2025 customer said he predicted an ash was hollow
- Climbing branch work — a 2025 customer said Sebastian climbed a maple to cut branches
- Yard cleanup — a 2025 customer said all branches and sticks were removed
- Stump removal — a 2025 reviewer said the yard was not destroyed

**Concerns:**
- Late arrival — a 2025 customer wished they were told of a delay
