## The honest read

Perez Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning handles plumbing, heating and oil in Rhode Island, and in a 2025 Google review a customer described a large pool of oil leaking from an old tank onto their basement floor. That 2025 customer said they called Moises on a Sunday night, he called first thing Monday morning and arrived with his team, and they drained and removed the tank and cleaned up the floor at what the customer called a reasonable price.

A 2025 customer wrote that Moises Perez installed their new water tank, fixed their oil heat and delivered oil in a timely manner. A 2025 reviewer whose heating system failed praised the speed of the response and of the fix, the pricing, and the explanation of what went wrong and why. A 2026 reviewer called the company professional, kind and polite.

Its Rhode Island HVAC license, number 00007352, is active on the state registry in Moises D Perez's name. The company's website describes it as a family-owned business serving all of Rhode Island since 1999. On Google it holds 4.5 stars from 35 ratings.

A 2026 customer said a same-day oil delivery they had arranged ahead of freeze warnings never arrived: they waited home all day, and when they called at 4:50 pm they learned deliveries had stopped earlier in the day without anyone calling them. That 2026 customer said the man on the phone told them to go get diesel themselves, criticized them for not having an oil contract, and later left a rude message, and that the receptionist who called was also rude. That 2026 customer said they then called another oil company, which came right out and filled the tank.
