## The honest read

Perfect Timing Heating & Cooling is a Thomaston, Connecticut heating and cooling company; a February 2026 review says it was formerly Pelletier Mechanical, and its website lists a service area from Avon and Simsbury to Waterbury and Litchfield and self-reports 22 years in business. The Connecticut registry shows HVAC license HTG.0394838-S1 as active, held by Perfect Timing Heating & Cooling. Google shows 4.9 stars from 1962 ratings, Angi 5.0 from 14 ratings and HomeAdvisor 5.0 from 6 ratings. Recent Google reviews name technicians Dominic, Ty, Chris, Andrew and Michael; an August 2026 review says Ty and Kevin arrived at 8am the day after the call and had a replacement compressor picked up in Middletown by Uber, and a September 2026 review says Chris and Andrew installed mini splits and later a new furnace. Two September and October 2026 five-star reviews say the labor or maintenance price is on the high side. A July 2026 one-star review from the son of an elderly couple says the company installed a system that has to be rebooted every winter, and a February 2025 one-star review says a quote to replace two bathroom vents was 4,000.00 dollars installed.

**Strengths:**
- Next-morning compressor swap — an August 2026 crew arrived at 8am
- Repeat installs by Chris and Andrew — a September 2026 review had mini splits, then a furnace

**Concerns:**
- Price on the high side — September and October 2026 reviews say so
- System needing reboots — a July 2026 review describes it every winter
