## The honest read

Perry's Pressure Washing CT LLC pairs power washing with painting, and a recent customer hired it for both at once: power washing the home's exterior, painting the front and rear stone patios and the foundation, and painting the entire master bathroom. Its website describes it as a customer service business in Fairfield and New Haven Counties and lists towns including Seymour, Oxford, Southbury, Branford, Madison and Orange.

A 2026 customer said Phil and his team removed black mold from around the gutters during a power washing job and gave a fair price. A 2025 customer with black mold and green mildew on the siding and roof said the company gave a fair price and came when he said he would.

A 2025 customer described Phil Perry's work on a deck and trellis, saying every surface was sanded before a fresh coat of paint went on. A 2025 customer said Phil Perry and his crew power washed and stained a deck and that he also finished some interior painting. A 2025 customer said the company cleaned their driveway pavers and removed stubborn stains.

A 2025 customer said Phil suggested painting the garage doors the color of the front door with white trim around them, and wrote that they had turned to Phil for painting jobs over the last two decades. A 2025 customer wrote of doing business with Phil Perry for over 20 years in two different homes.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0660373, as active, held by PERRYS PRESSURE WASHING CT LLC.

**Strengths:**
- Wash and paint together — a recent customer had exterior washing, patio and bathroom painting done
- Gutter mold removal — a 2026 customer said black mold around the gutters was removed
