## The honest read

Phantom Pest Control is a Worcester pest control outfit that's really one person's operation — Cesar Piedrasanta, who reviewers call Cesar or Caesar interchangeably, formed the LLC in December 2020 and still runs jobs himself. On Google it holds 5★ across 21 ratings, matched by a perfect 5★ on HomeAdvisor from six reviews posted in early 2021.

The reviews are almost entirely about Cesar directly rather than a company brand — customers describe him diagnosing the problem, explaining the plan, and coming back for the guarantee. In a 2021 HomeAdvisor review, a customer described him locating and flushing out a wasp nest on a stone wall, backed by a 6-month guarantee on the work. Another, from the same period, described a mice problem in a newly purchased multifamily property that he resolved after the first visit while keeping tenants informed throughout. A June 2025 review said they'd used him for years across multiple properties, and an October 2025 review noted he made sure a household dog and baby were accounted for before treating.

Several customers mention using Phantom for ants and rodents on an ongoing basis rather than a one-off call, and one 2023 commercial-account review described him removing a hornets' nest and steering the business toward what it actually needed rather than extra devices. Its BBB profile lists a pesticide applicator license with the state Department of Agricultural Resources, though the BBB itself hasn't rated the business, citing insufficient information.

For a one-person operation, Phantom looks like a solid fit for typical residential ant, rodent and occasional wasp or hornet jobs around Worcester, especially for anyone who wants the same technician on repeat visits — just confirm current availability and pricing directly, since the written review history runs light on the last year.

**Strengths:**
- Hands-on owner — Cesar handles jobs himself, described diagnosing and guaranteeing work
- Wasp/hornet removal — a 2021 review describes a guaranteed nest removal job
- Repeat customers — several have used the company for years across properties
- Family-conscious service — care noted around pets and children during treatment
