It was incorporated in 2003 — 23 years by the company's own count — by a group of building professionals whose experience it traces back to 1993. Dani Chedid, described as a third-generation building professional, is the managing partner and principal. The company also lists memberships in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the National Association of Home Builders, the Builders Association of Greater Boston, the Boston Society of Architects/AIA, and the Better Business Bureau. For a period house where the original details need to survive the work, that stated focus is the reason to start here. Ask to walk a recent restoration, get the scope and allowances in writing, and confirm the licence and insurance before anything begins. **Strengths:** - Historical restoration — design-build focus on older Boston-area houses - 23 years stated — incorporated 2003, team experience traced to 1993 - Trade affiliations — lists NARI, NAHB and BSA/AIA memberships ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as a Watertown/Lexington design-build remodeling and historical restoration contractor serving Boston and Metrowest _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Phoenix Construction Group Inc. is a Watertown/Lexington, MA design-build remodeling and historical restoration contractor serving the Bosto…” - Incorporated in 2003, and states 23 years in business with team experience dating to 1993 _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Phoenix Construction Group Inc. is a Watertown/Lexington, MA design-build remodeling and historical restoration contractor serving the Bosto…” - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Company history (self-reported): Incorporated in 2003 by a team of building professionals with industry experience dating to 1993.” - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Self-reported 23 years in business” - Dani Chedid, a third-generation building professional, is managing partner and principal _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Ownership (self-reported): Managing Partner and Principal Dani Chedid, a third-generation building professional.” - States a service area of Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Watertown, Belmont, Arlington, Newton and Lexington _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Watertown, Belmont, Arlington, Newton, Lexington” - Lists memberships in NARI, NAHB, the Builders Association of Greater Boston, the Boston Society of Architects/AIA, and the Better Business Bureau _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Boston Society of Architects (BSA)/AIA” - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Better Business Bureau (BBB) member” - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: Builders Association of Greater Boston” - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)” - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Stated certification/affiliation: National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)” - Design-build remodeling and historical restoration of older homes _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Phoenix Construction Group Inc. is a Watertown/Lexington, MA design-build remodeling and historical restoration contractor serving the Bosto…” - Specializes in General Contractor / Remodeling _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.pcgiboston.com) — “Phoenix Construction Group Inc. is a Watertown/Lexington, MA design-build remodeling and historical restoration contractor serving the Bosto…” ## Ownership - Identifies as family-owned — the business's own statement, not independently verified. ## License Status: **not_found** — verified against the official MA state registry, never self-reported.
