## The honest read

A rotted wood fence torn out and a vinyl one put up in a cold December rain: that is the job a January 2021 Angi reviewer describes from Nelson Cajamarca and his team at Pickett Fencing, a Danbury fence company. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles say it was established in 2004.

In an April 2025 Google review, a customer says Nelson and his crew communicated well, charged a reasonable price, showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. A May 2026 Angi reviewer praises the work done during very hot days. In a September 2020 Angi review, a customer whose wood picket fence was damaged in a hurricane says the replacement, plus repairs to a wire fence out back, was completed in 2 days. A July 2020 customer had a new pool fence installed and says the pricing beat competitors for the same quality material and install. In an August 2021 review, a customer says Nelson provided a fence at a very reasonable price.

The state of Connecticut lists home improvement registration HIC.0654585, held by PICKETT FENCING LLC, as active. BBB grades the company A+.

On Angi and on HomeAdvisor it holds 5.0 stars from 12 ratings each, and on Google 5 stars from 2 ratings. It suits a homeowner replacing or repairing a wood, vinyl or pool fence.
