## The honest read

Pine Ridge Farm is a Boylston farm, garden center and gift shop run by Gigi Stowe that also operates a landscape and garden design business — offering commercial and residential design, estimates and installation — which the company says has run since the late 1980s, alongside a farm history the site traces back to the early 1900s.

Most of what's on Google (4.9★ from 42 ratings) describes the farm-stand and gift-shop side of the property: the crafts and local artisan gifts, a small café serving homemade soups and quiches, wreath-making classes and tea parties, and fresh eggs from the farm's own hens. In 2021, the Boylston Garden Club publicly thanked Gigi Stowe and her team for providing the landscaping behind an update to the town gazebo's plantings — the one specific account in the record of the landscape-design side of the business at work.

Anyone calling specifically for a design or installation job should ask to see examples of that paid contracting work directly, since the public record here speaks mostly to the farm and retail side of the property; the warmth and reliability reviewers describe there at least reflect well on how Gigi Stowe and her team run things day to day.

**Strengths:**
- Community goodwill — donated landscaping for a town garden club project
- Established operation — landscape side self-reported since the 1980s
- Well-regarded owner — Gigi Stowe praised across the property's operations

**Where sources disagree:**
- The bulk of the review record covers the farm-stand/gift-shop side of the business, not the landscape-contracting work this profile represents
