A 2026 customer said Nick and Tyler brought down an uprooted, vine-covered tree that wind storms had blown over, in a narrow spot between the shed and fence. In that 2026 review, the customer also wrote that the company removed four pine trees and, on request, made a few rounds for axe-throwing targets. A 2024 customer said Pine Ridge took down a 250-year-old silver maple in their Naugatuck backyard at a fair price and was safe around the house given how close the tree stood. That 2024 customer also wrote that the company was careful with any animals living in the tree. A 2024 customer who named Nick as the owner said he beat other local companies on price and cut down some extra trees that were not part of the original quote. A 2023 customer wrote that a climber and crew cut and removed a very large tree from a spot a lift could not reach, working with ropes, a chain saw and a hand-truck. A 2023 customer said Ryan and the team removed several arborvitae and their stumps within an hour, filled the holes and left the ground level, a day earlier than scheduled. A 2022 customer said a storm dropped a neighbor's tree across their deck, patio and roof; Pine Ridge presented three options, came back the same day, removed the tree in sections without further damage and later returned to remove the debris. **Strengths:** - Near a gas line — a recent customer said the tree came down safely - Tight-spot removal — a 2023 customer said no lift could reach the tree - A storm-felled tree — a 2022 customer said it came out without further damage - Leveled ground after removal — a 2023 customer said the holes were filled - A fair price — a 2024 customer said so for a 250-year-old maple ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5-star Google rating from 103 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Pine%20Ridge%20Tree%20service&query_place_id=ChIJl-_1SxvD54kRnsGNdIU3_FI) — “Google: 5★ from 103 ratings” - A recent customer said a tree near a gas line was cut down safely _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25STFJrNW5ibmx6Wm5SQ2VXMTZYemhDUnpKMU1FRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x52fc3785748dc19e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnRLRk5nbnlzZnRCeW16XzhCRzJ1MEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Needed a tree removed.
