Pine State Asphalt says it has been in business 10 years and names Portland, Gorham, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick, Falmouth and Scarborough as its service area. A recent customer needed a minor repair after extreme temperatures compromised an area, and said they showed up promptly to fix it.

A recent customer who bought a house in Canton, MA with a tennis court in terrible condition worked with Sean and the Pine State team to turn half of it into a pickleball/basketball court and remove the other half. Loam was put down where the old court was removed. That customer said Pine State gave the best quote and offered to get it done early in the season, while other quotes would not start until late in the summer. Sean had told them there would be some slightly low spots given the state of the old court; three months after the work, the customer said the results, including the crack repairs, had held.

A 2026 customer said they made the whole process easy from start to finish. A 2025 customer said they expanded and paved a driveway and were nice to work with.
