A recent customer building a 14x24 shed in a water protected zone in Meredith said Alex called back the same day after the customer had reached out to nearly 10 site work companies, and met them at the property while snow was still on the ground. That customer said Alex stayed in contact nearly daily and came on weekends to regain time lost to a wet spring. The footings and carrying rails went in on time, the customer said, and when the building crew added a secondary sub floor that raised the structure above the expected grade, Alex built retaining walls and pitched the land. The same customer said the job came in under the original expected budget.

A recent customer said Alex built a retaining wall with drainage and a large patio, with concrete posts under the pavers for a pergola and hot tub, and finished it with lights on the patio and under the steps. The patio uses a "sandless" patio brick for permeability, that customer said.
