Ask about Platinum Plumbing in West Springfield and you get a first name back: Tim. He runs through the company's Google reviews by name — the plumber who spent part of an April morning on the phone walking a homeowner through a DIY shower fix so their kids could have a warm bath, and who, one customer wrote in November 2025, stayed late into the night pulling cast-iron waste lines out of a house from roof to basement so the family still had a working shower that night.

Water heaters are what most people call about. The same sequence repeats through this year's reviews: the tank starts leaking in the morning and a new one is in before dark. A customer in October 2025 clocked it — old tank out, new one installed, under an hour and a half.
