Last 6 months: 1 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Plymouth County Home Services reports 9 years in business. Its website lists power washing for houses, fences, decks and RVs, interior and exterior painting, and drywall work that includes repairing popcorn ceilings and patching holes. In a 2026 review, the company built a deck, with the craftsmanship and communication called top notch; Doug, Christian and Richie were described as friendly and professional. A 2025 review of a storm door and garage entry door replacement says Doug came in a timely manner to take measurements, emailed the quote and kept the reviewer updated after the deposit, and the work was completed in a day. A separate 2025 review says Doug and his team repaired old exterior cedar shingles, were fair in pricing, showed up every day and communicated clearly. In another 2025 review, Doug put the doorknob of a pet-damaged condo door back together and filled in the door over it with wood filler, so the reviewer kept the original door and frame. A 2025 review of a new house says the company painted ceilings, walls and trim in 6 rooms, removed carpets and refinished the oak floors that were there, and Doug changed the locks and hung blinds and curtain rods. In a 2024 review, Doug repaired a ceiling and textured it to match the rest, installed a ceiling fan, and fixed a storm door he noticed was off. A 2024 review says Doug and his crew replaced completely rotted outside window trim and replaced stone steps that had broken off. Doug replaced woodpecker-damaged siding in another 2024 review, which called him communicative and fair with the price. According to a separate 2024 review, Doug and his crew came the next day after a high wind storm blew a section of siding off the reviewer's house. In a 2024 review of a cottage repaint, Doug helped with paint color choices without being pushy; that reviewer got four estimates and wrote that Doug was not the cheapest. In a 2023 review, Doug replaced an entire kitchen sink drain after responding quickly with an estimate. A separate 2023 review says Doug and his colleague painted 3 bedrooms within a week of the response, and Doug agreed to come back and touch up a few white patches at no additional cost. Doug and his crew power washed 20 years of the elements off a house, per another 2023 review. **Strengths:** - Deck building — 2026 review calls the craftsmanship top notch - Interior painting — 6 rooms painted and oak floors refinished in 2025 - Rotted trim and siding — replaced in two separate 2024 reviews - Door repair — Doug saved a pet-damaged condo door in 2025 - Cedar shingle repair — fair pricing and clear communication in 2025 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Reports 9 years in business _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://plymouthcountyhomeservices.com) — “Self-reported 9 years in business” - Built a deck, per a 2026 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tSM1pHeFhRMnhTWVhaUmVWaDZlVTVDUzNWcmFFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc12af13037b03a48!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkR3ZGxXQ2xSYXZReVh6eU5CS3VraEE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Plymouth County Hime Services did an outstanding job building our beautiful deck.
