That hartfordbusiness.com article reports that Pocograno, the man it ties to the business, pleaded guilty to one count of tax evasion. An nhregister.com article reports that between about 2013 and 2016 he cashed checks from clients that were made payable to him rather than his business and did not report that income to the IRS.

A 2025 customer said the company's plow scratched their car and that they had been calling since February 9th with no response. A 2024 customer said their storm door was broken in September 2023 and that the company admitted fault but then would not respond to phone calls or emails about the damage.
