The Rindge, New Hampshire company builds sheds on the customer's property rather than delivering them, and its website lists models from The Ponderosa and The Sagamore to gambrel sheds, a carriage shed and chicken coops. It holds 5 stars from 14 Google ratings. In February 2025 an r/newhampshire commenter said the company builds sheds board by board at your house and that the owner helps decide where to put one and what size you need. In July 2025 a customer who first saw one of the cabins on Facebook Marketplace said Joel and his team built their post-and-beam custom cabin on-site in three days. In July 2024 a customer worked with owner Joel on the design of a 16 x 28 building they described as more of a barn than a shed. An August 2024 reviewer had just had a second shed built, at 20x30, and an October 2024 customer said Joel built their screenhouse on time and within the budget discussed. In April 2025 a customer said Joel and his crew built a shed from the ground up in one day, working 12+ hours straight, and mentioned a 5-year warranty. A 2023 reviewer described Eastern White Pine cut to fit on site, care with leveling, and two sheds built within 3 weeks. In September 2023 a customer said Joel sent picture updates as their shed went up. In a September 2022 review, Joel and his team built a post-and-beam shed with firewood storage in under a week, and the customer filled it with four cords of Joel's seasoned firewood. In May 2024 a customer said they were a little apprehensive about paying for their 14X20 shed before the work was done, and that Joel keeps coming back with his crew until the job is complete. A 2023 reviewer said the company has been around about 27 years; the website says 25. **Strengths:** - Built on site — April 2026 shed and pergola finished the same day - Post-and-beam work — July 2025 custom cabin built in three days **Concerns:** - Pay before work — May 2024 customer paid for the shed up front **Where sources disagree:** - A 2023 review says the company has been around about 27 years; the website says 25 years in business. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - April 29, 2026: She Shed/Covered Pergola built on-site from about 0900 to 1830 _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT210dVJqZDBXV1pPTXpNMFUxcEhNRzlYWTNoMWNsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x46ba80b1b8669774!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmtuRjd0WWZOMzM0U1pHMG9XY3h1clE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Anyone can deliver a shed, but Ponderosa Pines builds them from scratch on your location!!
