A pool that keeps losing water is the job people call Andrew at Pooldiver.com for. One customer called in the morning and said he came out that same afternoon, found the leak at the skimmer mouth and repaired it, at a price lower than any quote they had received for the detection alone. The next morning, the pool level did not drop.

The website describes proprietary tools and techniques for leak diagnosis and says it serves residential and commercial pools in CT and N.Y. communities, from Fairfield and New Haven counties to Westchester and Long Island. It also says the business has been at it for 35 years.

A customer with a small chronic leak said that within a couple of hours of testing he showed the piping and lining were intact and the problem was small cracks in the skimmer; after sealing those, the water level stopped dropping. A customer losing 3 inches of water a day said he came the day after the call, found a stuck hydrostatic valve, cleaned it out and flex sealed a light even though no leak was detected there. After a liner install, a customer said the diver quickly found a tear caused by the installer, fixed it and identified an additional smaller problem. A customer who said many pool companies were booked up wrote that he was at their home two hours later, identified and fixed the issue, and sent a full diagnostics report.

A 2025 customer said he stopped by the same day, dove in, found the leak on one of the returns and repaired it, then checked the entire pool and tested the lines. A 2025 customer said he isolated a leak to the line to the spa pump the same day and recommended someone else for the repair, since he does not do that part. A 2025 reviewer who described over 40 years of experience in pool construction said they had relied on Andrew for many years as their primary expert in that area. In a 2024 review, a customer with a gunite pool said Andrew Paskevicz came over the next morning and fixed the problem areas.
