Matthew Burstein picked up the parts at their door and returned with metal replacements the next afternoon, fixing the problem in less than 24 hours. The customer wrote that he "restored my faith that honest, sincere and skilled people are still out there." Practical Construction is a Burlington, Vermont handyman business.
