The company's website describes new construction, commercial work, additions and full-scale remodels, plus roofing, siding and gutters, and lists a service area running from New Haven and Milford to Wallingford and Bethany. A recent customer said the job of removing the existing roof and replacing everything took two days, after a quote that arrived within an hour. A customer who called about roof leaks said the guys came out the same day. One recent homeowner had a complete roof and gutter replacement and said the cleanup was efficient and thorough. A customer whose new roof went on in two days said Pat answered all their questions in a timely manner. A 2025 customer with a water stain from a roof leak said Pat sent Milton out the same day, and that he found a damaged boot on a vent pipe. That 2025 customer said the boot was replaced on the spot, along with a second worn one, in under an hour, and that Pat did not try to sell a replacement of the 11-year-old roof. A 2025 customer named Pat as the owner of the company and said he checked up on the roof replacement throughout the process. In 2025, a customer wrote that Pat and his team jumped into action during a flood. The work goes beyond roofs. A 2024 customer in Milford described a full kitchen remodel, work on all their bathrooms and then a full reroof. A 2024 customer said PRC came in below three other estimates on an addition with a remodel, and that the job was done in 4 days. A 2023 customer who had new windows put in said the price was fair with no extra charges, and that a rotted sill found on the job was replaced without a charge for material or labor; that 2023 customer also said the company is not the cheapest choice. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0662387, as active, held by PRC Builders LLC. **Strengths:** - Two-day roof replacement — a recent customer said the job took two days - Same-day leak visit — a recent customer said the guys came out same day - No-charge sill repair — a 2023 window customer said material and labor were not charged **Concerns:** - Not the cheapest — a 2023 customer on a fixed income said so ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company describes itself as doing new construction, additions and remodels, plus roofing, siding and gutters _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.prcbuilds.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): New construction, commercial work, additions, and full-scale remodels — plus the complete exteriors: roofin…” - Its website lists a service area including New Haven, Milford, Orange, Shelton, Wallingford and Bethany _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.prcbuilds.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): New Haven, Fairfield, Milford, Orange, Trumbull, Shelton, Stratford, West Haven, East Haven, Hamden, No…” - A recent customer said a full roof tear-off and replacement took two days, with a quote within an hour _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT205dlVVUlVRakpCTWxGMmEyTkxPVEEwWWxCaFJIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf9724cb23bc6e321!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOm9vUURUQjJBMlF2a2NLOTA0YlBhRHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Extremely professional and responsive from start to finish.
