The company holds a Houzz Badge and describes a New England service area from its Albany Street office. On BuildZoom, where the company is registered as Pre Con Construction Company LLC out of Medford, its file shows 13 permitted projects around the Boston area and a BZ Score of 95. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor license (#162684) for the company, along with two earlier HIC numbers (#131592, #151530) — worth confirming current status directly with the state's Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation before signing anything. For a homeowner considering a historic restoration, custom build, or larger renovation in the Boston area, this is a contractor with a documented project history across both residential and commercial work — confirm the active license number and get references for a project close in scope to what's planned. **Strengths:** - Broad project range — Houzz portfolio spans historic restorations to commercial build-outs - High BuildZoom score — a 95 BZ Score with 13 permitted projects **Where sources disagree:** - Houzz lists a Boston address (535 Albany Street) and BuildZoom lists a Medford address (13 Bradlee Road) for the same company ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. -
