Its website says a call reaches a person at the office, and Paul then comes out to look at the tree, usually within one to three days. A recent customer had three trees removed and two stumps ground down, and said Paul came out to the job site himself. A customer said it took two days to remove five trees from the property. On one job with several very large trees overhanging the house, the customer said the company made adjustments during the work to clear hazardous branches. After a storm left several trees down in one backyard, that customer called the work quick, efficient and communicative. A recent customer said Yolanda in the office handles the initial calls through the appointments and follow-up. A 2025 customer whose tree took out a power line at 2 am said the tree was removed before noon after an 8 am call. A 2024 customer said the trimming was finished before a deadline set by a home insurance company, and that the price invoiced was the price quoted. A 2020 Angi customer said four oaks came down in one day, where other tree companies had projected two to three days. The company says it has been in business for 26 years. **Strengths:** - Large tree removals — very large trees removed, including ones overhanging a house - Cleared yards — debris cleared away after the work - A same-morning removal — a 2025 customer's tree was gone before noon ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Tree company in New Haven, CT _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUMzanZUdGpRRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x3175482d8779c4e7!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIC3jvTtjQE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ My wife received notification from our home insurance company in October 2024, requesting all trees around or overlapping my house be tri…” - Three trees removed and two stumps ground down on a recent job _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2t4Q1JXSkRNM2xKVTBsNWJtZHJWakl3VjBVeVpYYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x3175482d8779c4e7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkxCRWJDM3lJU0l5bmdrVjIwV0UyZXc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I highly recommend Precision Cutting Services!
