## The honest read

Precision Land Management of CT describes itself as specializing in commercial landscaping, lawn care, land management and cleanup, and says it has been in business 10 years. Its website lists a service area that includes Fairfield, Easton, Monroe, Trumbull, Milford, Norwalk and Westport.

A 2023 customer said Tom and his team did yearly maintenance on their farm to get it ready for blueberry season, and that Tom was reasonably priced. A 2023 reviewer who said they had worked with Tom for several years wrote that he showed up on time and did quality work, and named snow removal alongside landscaping. In a 2024 review, a Realtor said the company transformed a client's yard and was communicative from start to finish.

A 2024 customer said firewood bought from Tom, described as 3-year seasoned, was wet and would not catch fire; that customer said an employee came out, said it had likely gotten wet under their tarp before delivery and said they would come back to pick it up, and then the company stopped answering. A 2023 reviewer said a company crew with backpack blowers covered parked cars, including theirs, in leaves and dirt at a Trader Joe's plaza in Orange, and said Tom took no responsibility when confronted.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0669066, held by Precision Land Management LLC, as inactive due to non-renewal.

**Strengths:**
- Farm maintenance — a 2023 customer called Tom reasonably priced
- On-time arrival — a 2023 reviewer said Tom showed up on time
- Snow removal — a 2023 reviewer named it alongside landscaping

**Concerns:**
- Wet firewood — a 2024 buyer said calls stopped after a pickup promise
- Crew conduct — a 2023 reviewer said blowers covered parked cars in debris
